No. We are a trading company working with a network of long-term partner factories. This allows us to select the most suitable production source for each product category, meeting clients’ needs and customization with best terms.
3. What markets do you serve?
We work with customers in different continents, including Europe, North America, the Middle East, South Africa and South East Asia, including importers, distributors, and retail groups.
4. Can you source products that are not listed on your website?
Yes. We regularly source products based on drawings, samples, photos, or competitor references.
5. What is your typical minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and factory and negotiatable
6. Do you offer OEM or private label services?
Yes. OEM options such as logo printing, customized packaging, and color adjustments are available, subject to quantity and feasibility.
7. What are your payment terms?
Payment terms depend on order value and product type. For initial orders we require payment in advance. Terms for larger or long-term cooperation can be discussed.
8. What is the normal production lead time?
Production usually takes 30–45 days after order confirmation, depending on product type and season.
9. Do you assist with shipping and export documents?
Yes. We can assist with shipping arrangements and provide standard export documents. Customers may also work with their own forwarders.
